Updating Directory Information

As part of the continuing development of the CMGS web site we would like to invite laboratory directory updates from all regional laboratories within the UK and Ireland. 

We have added a blank form to the navigation bar called "Template Genetics Service".  Please save the document to your local PC as a Webpage or Web Archive document.  Once on your local drive you can right click on the file and "Open with" Microsoft office to edit the page. Please fill in all the laboratory details in Times New Roman, 8pt. Once editing is complete please save your updated page as a word document.

Please send the completed forms to peter.logan@bll.n-i.nhs.uk for editing and uploading to the web site.

If you experience any problems with downloading or editing the template I can send you a word file directly upon request (at the e-mail address above).

If all your laboratory service details are already correctly listed on the web site please let us know using the e-mail address above.
